Graham Huntley is the Chairman of the Capital Cases Charitable Trust.
The Capital Cases Charitable Trust (CCCT) provides legal support and representation for prisoners in the Commonwealth Caribbean who are on death row or face life sentences. The Trust’s charitable objectives are wide. In particular, the CCCT aims to assist the non-capital cases in a variety of ways beyond the core work of representation on appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
The CCCT was formed over twenty-seven years ago and today has a Panel of London-based lawyers who work together with the Trustees, to assist with capital and non-capital cases. The CCCT was and remains an unincorporated affiliation of law firms, mostly based in London, who are willing to support the work of lawyers in those firms on behalf of prisoners in the Commonwealth Caribbean.
